How will I know Decor Essentials received my order?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation after you place your order. The confirmation will include an order summary and your order number. If you received a "please print this page for your records" receipt and no email confirmation, an incorrect email address was used in order placement. Please Contact Us.

Can I change my order?

We are committed to delivering your purchases promptly, orders are readied for shipment immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled. Once you submit your purchase you will be unable to make changes to your order including changing quantities, adding or removing items or changing shipping methods. Please be sure to review your order carefully before purchasing.

I made a mistake in my order address, can I cancel my order?

We're sorry, orders are billed and packed immediately and we cannot retrieve your package from the shipping container. We can attempt to initiate a UPS intercept allowing us to change your address information. The following fees will apply.

UPS Intercept Fee $11.00 per box.
One time customer service fee $9.00.
Not all Intercepts are successful and there is no charge for failed attempts.

If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, a refund is issued upon return less original freight charges, return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Tracking notifications are received via email in 1-3 business days. You can also check your order history in the My Account feature if registered.

When will I receive my order?

We ship from Los Angeles, CA. All orders require 1-3 business days for processing and packing. 
Please allow additional time for transit. For estimated delivery times including processing time.

Can I refuse my order?

If your order is returned to us refused, a refund is issued upon return less original freight charges, return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee.

What happens if I receive damaged or missing merchandise?



Claims for damaged or missing merchandise are accepted once per order. Please report any damages or shortages to Customer Service within 10 days of order delivery. It is important to inspect all of your merchandise before submitting a claim as amended or second claims are not accepted.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, damaged or missing merchandise is eligible to receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Canada orders are refund only due to brokerage and freight costs.

International shipments are insured to our US/Canada delivery point only. We cannot replace/refund merchandise that has traveled via 3rd party carrier.

How do I return my order?

Returns must be authorized to be received at the warehouse, unauthorized packages are refused.

Please request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing customer service. Please include your order or invoice number.

Authorized returns are received at the warehouse up to 30 days from purchase date. When the merchandise is received you will receive a merchandise refund less a 20% restocking fee. All products must be returned in the original product boxes and include a copy of the invoice received with your order. Orders not received within 30 days of purchase date will be refused. Merchandise damaged by inadequate shipping packing will not be refunded.

Packages not authorized for return will be refused.

Decor Essentialz offers a 15 Day refund policy if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will refund you the original purchase price of the item less the 20% restocking fee..

What is California Proposition 65?

Items that include a "California Proposition 65 – see FAQ's" are not Proposition 65 compliant. These products are required to meet applicable federal standards for food safety. However, the materials used in printing the decorations found on the exterior of certain products may contain trace amounts of lead and cadmium, chemicals known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. Any product with a California Prop 65 Warning falls into this category.
